SermonView has been committed to church marketing and communications for over a decade, and now we are experiencing phenomenal growth. Founded in 2005, today SermonView's core business provides evangelism marketing campaigns to churches throughout the United States and Canada. Direct mail is the anchor of an effective campaign, surrounded by other resources such as invite cards, posters, road signs, banners, and online advertising. Our online and phone-based pre-registration platforms help improve response rates for each campaign, while collecting data that helps us improve future campaigns. We also offer marketing programs for Christian schools to increase retention and grow enrollment.

Online Marketing Specialist

At Click Hive, each teammate wears multiple hats while hitting deadlines, and communicates progress to teammates proactively. We are looking for an Online Marketing Specialist who loves data and wants to take ownership of the digital marketing role.

The Specialist must be a self-starter and organized, be able to focus, commit to project timelines and scope, and have a strong desire to learn how we serve our clients. You love testing, learning what works (and what doesn’t) and make improvements to your marketing strategies as they develop.

In this role it is critical that you are analytical. You have experience and comfort working with data and making informed decisions that increase the impact and performance of our efforts and feel comfortable discussing campaigns and strategy.

Responsibilities include:
  • Creating, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns through Google Ads (primarily search), Facebook, Instagram, and email for both the company’s clients and internal needs.
  • Develop and manage search, social, and email marketing campaigns for a variety of clients across multiple industries.
  • Maintain the company’s Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads accounts.
  • Investigate campaign performance to understand trends and identify successes and opportunities.
  • Develop multi-touch digital strategies in alignment with the company’s goals to engage prospects and existing customers, progressing them through the sales funnel.
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Sales Managers to keep the company’s website messaging and copy updated while maintaining the end-user’s positive experience. Perform routine site audits, as well as ongoing maintenance, on an as-needed basis.


Skills we are looking for:
  • Self-starter with an innate curiosity and drive to test, learn, adapt and be agile in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Experience in developing and optimizing digital ads across key social, email, and web marketing platforms.
  • Background in website layout/user interface maintenance using standard HTML/CSS practices.
  • Fluent in email marketing best practices (template design, CTAs, automation).
  • A firm grasp of Excel and or Google Spreadsheets, including reading and writing formulas.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with getting your “hands dirty” investigating numbers.
  • Google Data Analytics Certification or other digital marketing certifications a plus.
  • Shown capability to use data to drive business decisions & marketing optimization.
  • The ability to work effectively solo and within a team environment.

Experience Requirements:
  • 2+ Years experience with Google Adwords, Facebook Ad Manager, and/or Amazon Ads. Bonus items:
  • Certifications
  • Experience with WordPress
  • Creating, editing, and optimizing landing pages

  • Compensation: $20-25 / hour, depending on experience, plus paid leave and an individualized benefits allowance.

    Work Schedule: Regular full-time position budgeted for 36-40 hours per week, Monday-Friday. Hourly, non-exempt employment classification. We also offer a flexible, hybrid work schedule with options to work part time in office and remote for this position.
